Dr. Hammond completed his undergrad at Harvard (Physics) and his Masters & PhD from Columbia (Applied Physics). He then did a postdoc at the Max Planck Institute for Plasma Physics and is now a Staff Research Physicist at Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory. Dr. Hammond is an expert on stellarator physics.
